What this website does

This website explains HomeProtect’s home security and smart home services. You can send a request for help, a demo, a visit or a quote. The website does not control your devices, show live camera feeds, sell products online or provide an emergency response. Draft guides are marked as waiting for review.

Plans, quotes and visits

The plans and pictures are examples. We check your home and needs before suggesting devices and giving a quote. We explain the features, price and installation work for the setup you choose. A form request does not confirm a booking; visit arrangements must be agreed. Contact us to check visits to nearby areas.

What devices can and cannot do

Sensors, alarms, lights and cameras can help you notice and check events. They cannot stop every theft. Opening sensors do not strengthen a door or locker. Motion sensors do not know whether a person is a burglar.

Alerts, camera views and automatic actions depend on the devices, power, connections and settings. We check which actions can work without internet for your setup. A temperature or humidity sensor only measures conditions; separate suitable equipment is needed to change them.

The app picture is an original example design. It is not a live screen or an app made by HomeProtect. Pictures of sensors show examples, not exact fitting instructions.

Product warranty

1-year warranty on every product we supply. The owner must confirm the detailed written terms before launch and provide them with the product information. This draft does not add exclusions or promises about replacements, labour costs or repair times.

Sending a request

Please give us correct contact details. Do not include passwords or access codes. If the form says the email service accepted your request, that still does not guarantee it reached our inbox. Call or WhatsApp if sending fails or you are unsure. Other apps, including WhatsApp and maps, have their own rules.
